Dr. Amna Gameil
MBBS, CABIM, MRCP, MSc, CBT-HMS
Dr. Gameil is a consultant Hematology and bone marrow transplant at the National Center for Cancer Care and Research. She is the clinical lead of the thrombosis and hemostasis.
Dr. Gameil is currently a faculty at the hematology fellowship program and assistant professor at the Weill Cornell medical College in Qatar (WCMC-Q).
Dr. Gameil had received the Arab Board Diploma-Certificate of the Arab Board in Internal Medicine (CABIMS) and the (MRCP) in Internal Medicine. She completed a hematology fellowship at the NCCCR and bone marrow transplant at King Faisal Hospital and Research Center in Riyadh, KSA.
Dr. Gameil had a scholarship at the hemophilia academy in 2014
Dr. Gameil has attained her Master’s degree in Science form Ulm University, Germany and a diploma in Cancer Biology and Therapeutics (CBT) form Harvard Medical School.
Her main interests are bleeding disorders, bone marrow transplant of malignant disorders and genomics medicine.
Dr. Gameil is a member of many local and international committees and organizations including the American Society of Hematology (ASH), European Society of Hematology (EHA) and Royal College of Pathology,UK – Clinical Hematology.
Dr. Gameil has multiple publications in the field.
